Vendors
Some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors. In these cases, we share the order information (products, delivery information) with the vendor.
Payment processors
When you pay for your order in our web store, we use third party payment processors for processing the payments. The payment processors vary by country and payment type. Examples of payment processors we use are PayPal, Adyen and Klarna. We provide the payment processors with your order details, shipping address, order amount and preferred payment method. If paying by invoice or installments, other details (such as your personal identification number) can be shared for credit processing purposes.
Logistics
Delivery and contact information regarding your order is shared with our logistics partners for delivery of your orders.
Billing and accounting
If ordering by invoice, your order and invoice information is sent to our third party billing and accounting software.
Customs and tax authorities
When ordering products from outside the EU or as a B2B customer with VAT 0 % within the EU, your company and order information is shared with the customs and / or tax authorities.
Customer service
We use third party softwares for customer service and CRM purposes. Your emails and chat transcrpits are forwarded to the service as well as your contact information and when necessary other information that helps us enhance the customer service experience (for example order details related to your support request).
Marketing
In order for us to provide you with better and more relevant marketing, we share some information about your purchases to third parties. Your purchase history is shared with our email newsletter provider to provide you with more relevant newsletters. We use the Facebook tracking pixel on our site in order to provide you with relevant marketing on Facebook and their partner sites. With the Google Analytics tracking we can offer you relevant marketing on Google partner sites. You can at any time unsubscribe from our newsletters. You can also decline Google and / or Facebook the right to track you via their own privacy tools (more instructions below).
Tracking and web analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, as well as Facebook Pixel tracking, a web analytics service provided by Facebook.
Both Google Analytics and Facebook use cookies, which are text files placed on your computer. The cookies help the website analyse how users use the site. The website uses cookies also for retargeting purposes in order to allow us to show relevant advertising to you on partner websites. Even this type of information collected is anonymous and no personal information is stored.
Google Analytics and Facebook also collect information about the users’ interests and demographics based on what kind of sites the user has visited, which are members of the Google Display Network or the Facebook Network. Only anonymous data is generated regarding expected areas of interests, demographies etc. No information regarding which sites have been visited or any information regarding separate individuals are collected nor stored.
